An early crescent moon reflects the afterglow of the setting sun. The cicada sings at the top of his voice.

高原の新涼 New autumn in highlands

・新涼や　高原すでに　空気澄み　（素粒子）

 There are signs of autumn in the air of highlands. It increases the feeling of transparency.

お盆 Bon Festival

・蝶にのり　み霊訪ふ　お盆かな　（素粒子）

In the middle of August there is an event called “Bon Festival”, during which the Japanese worship the spirits of their ancestors. According to a tradition, spirits of ancestors visit this world on a butterfly.

立秋 The beginning of autumn

・秋立ちぬ　いつしかここに　蝉の殻　（素粒子）

 Still it is so hot, the first day of the autumn (in traditional Japanese calendar) has come. There are several cicada’s shells when I realized it.

花火 Fireworks

「お父さん、花火大会よ！」

「やっぱり夏は花火を見ないとね」
「上がった！綺麗な花火！日本は平和なんだね。
同じ火薬を片や戦争に使うところもあれば、花火に使ってみんなで楽しむところもあるんだから」
